Occam Consulting Engineers bring significant experience in real estate development projects including commercial developments, residential subdivisions, and multi-use projects. Occam staff have been involved in all phases of these projects, from planning and feasibility analyses, to designs that can maximize the potential of the site, to work with reviewers as part of the permitting and approval process, to making presentations to the public, and to working with the client through the bid process and through construction.

Our planning and feasibility studies have included recommendations to bring about the highest and best use for a property, within the context of the location and of the market.

Our designs have included design of access from and egress to major transportation facilities; the designs have also included alternatives to enhance property values while accommodating drainage and other physical requirements, and to maximize efficiency in earthwork.
