Occam Consulting Engineers are experienced in developing simulations and modeling for various transportation and supply chain analyses.

Occam Consulting Engineers have developed regional traffic models and have applied them to examination of transportation needs and benefits to be gained. Occam staff have worked with public agencies to help prioritize capital improvements based on traffic improvements, but also including other metrics. Occam staff members have been involved in ridership forecasting for public transportation projects.

In addition, the Occam team brings experience in development of tools to solve complex problems in logistics and in the supply chain.  Projects in the application of supply chain analytics technology include analyses of port cargo operations and airport rental car center operations.

A unique strength of the Occam team is our ability and experience in utilizing simulation and modeling technology to analyze a wide variety of projects, both at the regional or macro level, and at the very detailed site specific or micro level.
