Project Delivery

Occam Consulting Group team members have the capability and experience to take a project from initial planning through design and, finally, through the implementation phase. Our strength is in the ability to deliver a completed project, in accordance with our clients’ needs and preferences.

Occam staff currently serve as Program Managers for major projects of different types; we are involved in construction engineering and inspection activities; our staff are exoerienced in working as part of a design/build team, and also in various roles on public/private partnerships and on projects that are developed solely by the private sector.

In addition, Occam staff bring experience in overall asset management and, specifically, in operations and maintenance assignments on a variety of project types.
