Occam Consulting Engineers bring experience in delivering projects under a variety of delivery systems, including design/build projects and projects involving the utilization of public/private partnerships. While these delivery systems are increasingly less unusual and more typical, they bear separate mention to demonstrate the range of experience of the Occam team.

Occam engineers and managers have learned, through experience, that the role of the designer on a design/build project is different, and certainly progresses at a different pace, than on a traditional engineering project. Occam staff bring the experience of working closely with the construction team on a project, and are therefore capable of moving between project types and recognizing their role on each.

Occam staff members also bring experience in working on private development of infrastructure, and on public/private partnerships in the development of projects. Occam staff have conducted traffic and revenue studies for toll roads, and feasibility assessments for other infrastructure development.
