Program ManagementOccam Consulting Engineers bring many years of experience in program management of major multidisciplinary projects. Our Program Management assignments have been varied, as the program manager’s role can include different aspects of the work. In our experience, we have provided planning and preliminary design for our projects; we have maintained overall schedules and budgets for the projects; we have served as the coordinator between various agencies, private entities, and the public; we have provided oversight into the design activities of other firms; and we have provided construction management services for the project. Occam staff have also made presentations to federal, state and local government officials, as well as to the public, to assist in development of funding for our clients.
