Occam Security & Engineering can help you build a Comprehensive Emergency Management Program (CEMP).  We provide services addressing the full spectrum of all elements comprising a CEMP.  We deploy an integrated approach to the management of emergency programs and activities for all four emergency phases (mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery), for all types of emergencies and disasters (natural, manmade, and attack). 

Occam Security & Engineering members have been providing Homeland Security services for decades. Comprehensive Emergency Management, Homeland Defense and terror preparedness are included in an All-Hazards Comprehensive Emergency Management Program (CEMP).  Occam Security believes that Homeland Defense should be included in a CEMP rather than developed as a separate program.  Service areas include: project Management, planning, crisis management, terrorism planning, threat assessments, and emergency operations center policy and procedures.
