Training, Drills & Excercises

Occam Security and Engineering can assist the client in developing training curricula and materials for security department and all hands training, for drills with other departments, and for Table Top or Full Scale Exercises.

Training materials can be presented in several formats including Student Workbook, on a VHS tape, a DVD Video and a fully interactive computer based CD-ROM.

Occam staff can assist the Contractor and the Client in the training of staff to operate and maintain project equipment and systems.

The purpose of the training is to ensure that the client’s staff is fully knowledgeable about the correct operations of the equipment and systems and is able to function properly during elevated security incidents.

When the client and Occam Security and Engineering are satisfied that the client’s staff are proficient with the operations of the security equipment, systems, and client’s security procedures, Occam can conduct drills.  The drills are designed to test the Security Department’s interaction with the client’s other departments during an elevated incident drill.

Lastly, Occam staff can assist the client in conducting a Table Top Exercise with first responders and testing the interaction with other law enforcement agencies.
